Miniature Bearing Rings
A manufacturer of miniature bearings needed a new superfinishing technology to achieve a more consistent standard of quality on their raceways. Furthermore, they also wanted to achieve faster cycle times because their business was increasing, and their machines were at maximum capacity. The engineers from Meister Abrasives designed a custom tool with their newest superfinishing technology utilizing DIAMOND abrasive in a vitrified bond.
